right mouse button does not work!!!

anyone experience this? I often use this to open new windows, right click something to "save as" or what not. but sometimes my right click button will not work for some reason, and i'll have to re-start my computer. what gives? I asked my brother(he's a computer tech) and he says some websites will do this to you, and you'll have to restart. is there any other way to get this working again without re-starting or ending explorer then opening a new one? pisses me off because I'v only been to elite Fitness today and it doesn't work!

no idea, I noticed that when i have a large amount of windows open it will do this also. my brother says most porn sites do this so you can't save pictures to your hard drive, but I never go to pornsites, this happens on a lot of different websites, but i guess it could be the use of the same program to stop you from saving pictures or what not, just wondering if there is a way to stop this program if that's what it is.

If you right click on a picture to save it, those sites that are protected as he says will give you a message

Right click disabled or such..


Maybe it's a mouse driver issue or an actual hardware fault with the button.
I would:

re-install the mouse driver S/W
try another mouse
