right dose of hcg

Hi everyone this is my first cycle, I'm 25 , 55 kilos and 5'8 tall and I have two questions about the following cycle:
1-12 test-e 500mg
I have in mind 500 iu a week
first question is that enough hcg for 500 mg of test? second, should I take it from week 1

how is that even possible? in my avatar I weigh 175 and I am SHORTER than you by 2 inches. so how the heck can you weigh 50 pounds less?

you simply do not have any sort of base to be using steroids. and you need to spend the next 5 years lifting and eating the right way THEN you worry about steroids

I strongly urge you to reconsider using steroids.

I don't recommend HCG usage at all. Whenever you put an artificial source of steroids into your body, your natural testosterone production will be suppressed. HCG will not change that but will only add side effects.

You will just hurt yourself. Steroids are the worst thing you can do right now.
