Greetings Earthlings,

I have ascended to the next level of Super Saiyan, now I must continue my training!


Anyway.. Im going to be starting my first ever cycle, for this cycle I will be using Sustanol, Decca & Dbol to Kickstart.


Age - 19
Height - 190cm
Weight - 105kg
Bodyfat - Roughly 10-13%
Bench - 110kg x15reps
Squat - 140kg x20
Deadlift - 120kg x12


Before I start I was wondering if I could get some advice, i.e how much to inject.. when to inject.. what to expect.. what not to do.. what changes to make..etc etc.. all the basic sh*t.


INB4 I'm a phagg0t n00b and I should do more reasearch before gearing up, youre too young etc etc.. & every other negative comment that you can think of..

Just blast the shit out of that gear man. Fill the syringe all the way up and inject at least three times a week. No less than 6 Dbols a day too.
When all your gear is gone take three weeks off and blast again. You'll GFH for sure.
