Why do we feel the need to not only gorge ourselves with calories, but eat every two hours when all we did was get out of bed and shower? I can see the excess cals being essential if you trained in the early am, but if we train in the pm, why the hell are we eating all the way up to then??? Did you think you'll lose mass eating once, than after your training....like 95% of the world........
