With regards to busts on a personal supply level which are sent through the USPS. How often (%) do you actually see a controlled delivery in which the package was sent from inside the US? Isn't it more common to see busts where customs agents find the gear then have a controlled delivery set up through local law enforcement? This was the opinion I got from reading your book, I was just wanting to see what percentage are domestically sent.

Hard to give you a percentage but I would guess it is more like 70% / 30% or 80% / 20% in favor of International busts. Most domestic busts have to do with a domestic source getting busted and then making controlled deliveries of the pending packages.
