Damn, this is a sad news. I did not like him all that much, but I definitely respected him for his achievements and recognition. Rest in peace Rich knowing that you have changed the lives of thousands of people.

looks like his enlarged heart caught up to him and he had a huge heart attack and fell and got a concussion. you really have to take your heart health more serious than he did, you are playing with fire having that much mass and having high blood pressure as he did for a prolonged time.

You can say what you want about Rich. Love the guy or hate the guy, he brought a lot of excitement and money back to the sport of bodybuilding and the fitness industry as a whole.

Go to any expo and he had the longest line.

It's a shame. It was way before his time.

It has been a tough go lately in bodybuilding. Always sad to lose people whether you liked them or not. He always seemed to know that this was his fate though.
