I've watched quite a few of the Rick drain videos. He is a cool and honest dude, which is hard to find in this sport. I have to respect anyone that can come forward and be honest about AAS without hiding their identity to help educate others. Great video!

He's essentially saying what me and the old timers have said all along. There's are diminishing return on the benefits, so it stands to reason, you get BETTER results when you take a break since the NEXT cycle is more effective.
