Mike is very impressive. The guy is easily 6'3 and strong as hell. Back in the early 90's I used to train at Golds in Venice at 5:00 AM. Mike would be there a personal trainer and talked about making it big. The guys has arrived.
Yeah he looks phenomenal. As the other guy stated he is very tall too (easily 6ft 3). Rich is 6ft or over and that surprised me when I saw him in person.
