I just entered my first Rib Cook Off and I placed 4th out of 8. Not bad If I say so myself. My ribs are not your typical BBQ (tomato based) sauce. Mine is a white sauce. Made with Mayo. I had the most unsual ones there, evryone seemd to like them a whole bunch. There weren't any of mine left, but the winner has several of hers left ...I cant figure that one out. It was a lot of fun, i will be doing it again next year, after I work on my recipe some more.
Just thought I would tell you about it ....we love to do things like that here in the south.

It's very simple. Mayo, salt, pepper, lemon juice and dejon mustard. It has to sit for 24 hours before you can even taste it. If you taste it right away it's pretty awfull stuff.
