revised 3rd cycle

i'm 5'8, 180, 12%bf and i've done 2cycles, 1was sus 500 then i did prop/fina 50mg/d. and id' like to add bout 15lbs with this one if poss.

viromone prop wk 1-4-------------------350mg(dont wanna use dbol)
testo depot wk 1-10---------------------500mg
deca wk1-10------------------------------400mg
anavarwk7-12------------------------------40mg/ed
arimidex throughout at .25-.5 /ed

sounds fine taek creatine with anavar and wait 2 weeks then start clomid cause deca is in the system for 4 weeks so make the anavar 2 more weeks longer if you can or just take the 2 weeks off then clomid

looks solid...i agree with ultragainz to make the anavar 2 weeks longer so u can go straight into clomid therapy. good luck

then definately run it for weeks 7-14, i used it at 40mg/day and needed 3 weeks to start seeing results...keep in mind though that I wasnt stcking it with anything .....

does anyone know a good brand for creatine(not muscletech), never really messed with it. is it better to use one with some type of delivery system?
