Where are you my brother in iron?

I am doing straight leg deadlifts tonight (3x5, secondary move) and want to formally dedicate them to you.
 
wtf bro why dont you dedicate primary move to me? this is like diss bro. I want to see some heavy shit being busted up in your journal broly.
 
Yesterday my main move was squats. I made a point of dedicating a deadlift variation to you, given it was my only one for the workout.

Next week I'm doing sumo deadlifts as my main move. They'll be yours, don't worry.
 
Stranger things have happened, but I seriously doubt it. Its for a 5 rep max and I have never DLed sumo style before.

Anyway, that isn't the point. I'm DEADLIFTING.

About to do my 3rd and final set of squats. A fart slipped out on the 4th rep of my 2nd set. Hopefully I can beat that PR.
 
dude you're not even giving poundages with each update. some of us can't recall your celebrity stats, so get with it!
 
Have had to go light on the snatch-grip deads because I have a finger nail missing on my right thumb which is making it quite difficult to hold onto the bar. 231 x 5 for the first set, so far.

Second set completed. 231 x 5 once again. Like my conventional deads, my legs are locking out too soon. Need to concentrate.

That was my stabilizers and shitty balance talking.

Saxon side bends and weighted crunches remain. My back is tight and needs a massage.... spatts?
