Reverse hypers

Anyone have any ideas on how to perform these without the actuall piece of equipment. We have a back ext piece but its one of the 45 degree ones so its to akward to use backwards. Love this exercise so much karma for help guys.
 
I use a regular bench
 
you can also do it while supporting your upper body across a large swiss ball. I see that all the time.
 
stack two flat benches, one on top of the other. that should raise you up enough to do an actual reverse hyper. it's up to you to figure out how to fashion the weight to your ankles. also if the 2 benches don't raise you up enough, try putting a pad or two under your hips to raise your feet up off the floor. i used this method for a couple months until my gym ordered an actual rh from ws
 
Just use the regular hyper extension (roman chair, whatever you want to call it), except hold onto the part where you normally lock your feet. And grip a dumbell between your legs
its simple
 
I lay a 2 x 12 across my power rack...works perfectly. I also made a place to hook bands at the front of my rack with antoher bar...and the bands go around my ankles.
