Hey
I was in a car crash about 6 months ago, shashed4 left ribs, punctured left lung and collapsed it, consequently got pneumonia, so ive been out of the game for a while. Its heartbreaking when you see youe weights there still set up and you cant even lift the fucker onto the bench nevermind press it. So i need some help from you guys in the for of a post illness program. im thinking that i might start with general fitness and do lots of cardio, plus work with light weights lots of reps for about 3 months and then start working heavier, or should i go straight for heavy? Any help opinion gratiously received.
