retatrutide for 20 weeks for fat loss dosage help

I’m looking to use retatrutide for 20 weeks. My plan is first 10 weeks at 1mg a week. Then increasing to 2mgs for the next 10 weeks for 20 weeks total. What would you think about doing that and then stopping? My goal is to lose 1lb a week total. Would I need to keep using it or would that protocol work?

You can take 1mg until you feel it's not working as good then bump to 2mg.
I would not put a time cap on your weight loss as you don't want to crash diet and it may take longer to ge where you want.
Don't do big caloric drops and don;t put yourself in a situation where your super low cals too early or you will have a huge rebound when you start eating again.
You should really start a log for a month or so before you start and let us help you do this right.

you should really start slower like ED or EOD shots not just 20 weeks too bro
