Ideally Test and primo, but if you run proper PCT you shoulbe be able to keep a lot of strength and muscle gains on any cycle.

Jesus...it seems like I quote X on like 60% of my freakin posts...

anyway, what he said. Whatever cycle works best for you for putting on size and strength, with a proper PCT regimine you should be able to keep a significant amount of your gains regardless of what kind of cycle you choose.

I was thinking those two together or maybe tren, I have heard good things about tren (the gains not the sides)

"X" is the man - you're just his imposter.................imposter-poster ;)

last cycle of test e and d-bol i'll use bench for example iwent from doing 405 for 4 reps to start end cycle able to get 10 reps and maintaine ability to do 8 reps

405 for ten reps on bench. FUCK!!
as X said run proper PCT and keep a lot of the strength. If you lose a lot of water weight though the strength will crash to a degree.

No matter what once you end your cycle you are going to lose some size and strenght. that is how AAS work. Just do proper pct and keep lifting and eating good and you should be able to maintain aboyt 75 percent of the gains you made.
