I just finished my PCT for my second cycle and here are the results.

Cycle:
Week 1-1g frontload test.
weeks 2-8- 500mgs test PW

Starting stats:
5'10
228lbs
15% bf

Now:
5'10
around 16% bf
243lbs!!

What do you all think? I plan on running a cutter hopefully starting at the beginning of April. Possible eq/winny combo along with some clen. Wanna say thanks for all the information that has been suppied on the boards!! Great stuff!!!! :fro:
 
Wow you wanna hear about the diet? Well on my first cycle I was did boost the calories, but was very carefull as to what I ate. This cycle I ate pretty much everything. Went sorta like this:

12:00pm- Protein shake/Burgers/Subs/steaks
2:00pm: Weight gainer (140 carbs/700 calories/40 grams of protein
3:30pm: Workout
4:30-5:00pm: Mass gainer with carbs/protein/calories
7:30pm: Meal(usually steak/chicken/potatoes)
10:00pm: Protein shake
Midnight: Low carb protein shake

Everyone says I eat like a horse regularly, but while on cycle I had a little bit of trouble upping the calories/protein/carbs. I managed to do it which is good. I took some nolva mid-cycle to combat a little bit of gyno (probably paranoid). Besides that, all was well. I would tell yall the numbers in regards to calories/protein/carbs, but I really didn't count them this cycle. Just decided to go with the flow and I am very happy w/ the results!!
 
Shit, maybe I should rethink my twelve weeker. Did you bloat with the test only? How far into pct are you?

edit... sorry just read it again, you just finished pct.

That`s great, how much were you before you lost the water gain?

I didn't feel like I bloated any while on the cycle and sides were minimum except for sex drive which was a little out of hand (no pun intended). At the end of the cycle I was floating around 248-250.
 
Good gains...But for a second cycle I'd throw in some EQ to solidify gains...and I'd go for 10 weeks. Anyway, with a good diet and training you can keep those gains. Try to keep high your motivation after cycle...that's the difficult part. At least for me...
