S St|ckMan New member Jun 21, 2001 #3 Bfast: 2 Packs Instant oats and 2 slices bread mid-morning: Protein Shake with a muffin Lunch: Piece of chicken or lean meat with 2 serves of veges, or a pasta and meat dish. mid-arvo: same as mid-morning. Dinner: Whatever the parents cook.. usually meat and veges. Desert: Whatever there is! Plus a protein shake before bed. and 2 - 3 litres a of water throughout the day.. i dont really drink much else ..
