Results when bulking...

Hey all been bulking for around 3 weeks so far and put on around 11 pounds... How many more pounds will it take to see results physically? :)
 
Bfast: 2 Packs Instant oats and 2 slices bread

mid-morning: Protein Shake with a muffin

Lunch: Piece of chicken or lean meat with 2 serves of veges, or a pasta and meat dish.

mid-arvo: same as mid-morning.

Dinner: Whatever the parents cook.. usually meat and veges.

Desert: Whatever there is! Plus a protein shake before bed.

and 2 - 3 litres a of water throughout the day.. i dont really drink much else .. :)
 
As long as your gaining with not too much fatgoing on then keep up what your doing. 10lbs will be noticeable who dont see you too often
 
Congrats.

I'd guess that unless you're on anabolic steroids, you've put on a solid six-seven pounds of fat. ;)
