im almost on week 7 of a sust/eq cycle 500mg/400mg respectivly.
Gear took a LONG time to kick in and i was REALLY worried. i was patient tho, im up 14 lbs, strengths up a lot too--curled 135 for 3 sets of 5 this morning(not much for some, but for me...)--my upper chest was always weak, i stayed benchin about 175 for that, but yesterday i hit incline and just kept goin up and up and got 2 sets of 225 for 6--doin dips(perfect form) with 100lb plate hangin-i was strugglin with 45lb before-----one question--here's my postworkout-is it TOO much--before i even leave the gym floor, i have a ABB mass recovery with a scoop of eas glutamine(about 500 cal. 40 protein)--then when i get home from gym, i have a whey protein weight gainer shake--600 cal, 52 protein--few hours later, i resume with whole food--i feel good, but i shit like a mofo--ok?
