results / pct help

I'm finishing up 250ml/10wk testE, I just wanted to share results and make sure i'm on track for pct. I didn't have any side effects so I didn't use nolva, I guess dosage was low enough. I started roughly 172 finished 184 (19yr bf~10), it's a result I'm happy with because I didn't want to explode suddenly.

Is this a reasonable first go? I'm going to get on creatine to try and mentally keep my intensity. This is the PCT i found a while ago, my nuts are pretty small, does this sound okay?

1,000 IUs HCG 3x/wk (mon/wed/fri) in combination with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED and 50 mgs Clomid
ED for the first 3 weeks. After, discontinue HCG and continue with 20 mgs Nolvadex ED and 50 mgs
Clomid ED for an additional 3 weeks.
 
i would've gone a little higher maybe 500-600mg/wk test but not bad results. stick with the pct yoiur nuts should grow back and youll be reet in a few weeks.
 
How many cycles have you done bro? My first 3 were like that shit was too expensive. I'd would say that was good results. What about your strength? I would say your pct is solid. You won't have any recovery problems.
 
Strength increases were good, but not amazing. But I just wanted a sort of kick in the ass step up, certainly no bench 100lb jumps. Mostly concentrated on shoulder size, back and leg strength.

yeah. you could have made more gains naturally to give urself a better frame to work on, but u did it already so have fun.

good luck with ur pct and keep eatin and sleepin just like when u were on cycle

I agree... at 19 years old, your testosterone levels are already through the roof! If you just take in more calories and do heavy core lifts you will gain easily. I would stop using those supps and go to natural supps such as protein, creatine, glutamine, etc... Just eat BIG and lift BIG! Good Luck!
 
point was that ive lifted properly for years, had my shit together, and figured this was a good time to step it up a level. if youre a big dude pretty easy to scold kids for gear but if youve got a small structure, sometimes you wanna grow. this shit is all a balance between health and vanity: i mean whats the point of a 40yr at 190 doing a cycle? same personal reasons as 19/172.
