Results of my first cycle...

I finished my first cycle this week guys, it consisted of 500mg of test enanthate week 1-6
40mg Anavar EDweek 1-5(saved the rest of my pills to maybe bridge with, still don't know if i will or not)
.25-.5 mg arimidex ED

Will hit clomid 2 weeks after my last shot which was monday.

Height:5'10
Starting Weight: 163lbs
Current Weight: 184lbs
BF i think was around 7.5

I can still see my abs well, mabe gained 1-1.5%bf, i'll get it measured in the next few days.

I was gonna make this an 8 or 10 week cycle but am ending it early because 21lbs is enough for this cycle, and i know time on should equal to time off and i know i'll do a cycle come september, i'll run that one for 10 weeks. My goal is to end up at around 190lbs at 6%bf after my next cycle, i don't think i'll have a problem.
 
Good gains bro whats your next cycle going to look like and when are you going to start it???
 
For my next cycle i think i'm gonna do something similar to what mustang did for his first cycle.


500mg test 1-10
400mg EQ 1-10
25 or 30mg Russian Dbol 1-4
.5mg or 1mg of Liquidex ED


I think after that cycle i'll just do anavar only, but who knows, I only wanted to get to 180 to start with, no i'm here and i def don't think i'm big enough.

I'll prob start that cycle sometime mid or end of september, and hopefully be done with clomid and everything by jan 1st, after that if blood work and everything comes out alright i'll be on anavar only for.....who knows how long.
 
Yeah thats what my fall cycle looks like EQ/test/dbol never used dbol before so i'm hoping that I see good results with it...well good luck with that cycle and keep us posted on how it goes!

Those are good results. Impressive considering your bf was so low. I find it hard to mass up when running bf % under 10%.
 
Pretty damn good results. You should do well on round two.

thanks, i havne't really had above 10% since i lost a lot of weight. I went from like 12 to 7.5 doing am cardio and eating healthy. Now i barely do cardio (although will start soon because i know i should) and just eat healthy and never seem to really go above 9%. When i get to 9 which is usually over winter i just do am cardio for a week or two and drop back down, i guess the died does it all.
