Results: Ckd For Bulking

I did the Anabolic diet for bulking about a year ago or so. I added size and strength on my legs (which i was doin on monday at the time) but not a whole lot on the rest of my body. It was an exceptionally lean bulk, but for me it was rediculous as to how weak i was by the end of the week when lifting.

Personally I do better on a moderate to low carb diet, but I need the carbs more frequently than just weekends.
 
Im on CKD to lose fat, but my strength is going up as is my muscle mass. amazingly, my fat is dropping too. I think its the ultimate for me. We'll see in two months though. Right now, its absolutely amazing but its only been ten days.
 
Body By Finaplix does a low/no carb bulking diet with great results. There have been a few others as well, but right now, he's the only one that comes to mind. He posted his diet here recently on another thread. It would take a lot of dedication though because it is slightly restrictive. The results are great though. You can't store extra carbs as fat if you don't eat them ;).
 
low carb is the way to go for me. Im such an endo. but my body comp has changed, and i hv about 4 months to go. and i will be at 10% bf. i cant wait. iv been in ketosis for 3 months now. im getting stronger, and losing th efat. i can actually see my bi's!!!!! and iv gone from 45 pants to 38 pants. and thats with squats and deads!!!!!!!! so the fat is coming off big time!!!!!!
 
You may want to try a TKD instead of CKD for that. It gives you just enough energy for the workouts and you stay in ketosis.
