I'm officially a fatass... but not for long.

23% body fat, by caliper measurements.

thats it.. 5 healthy meals a day, as much working out as I can take, and 3 30-45 minute cardio sessions a week.
 
I'll be joining you (Not Literally) as soon as the kid is out of school.
Welcome me back to the world of cardio and lifting 5 days a week

Good luck and mix up your cardio with Interval Sprints. It'll either make you burn fat faster or kill you sooner. Either way your problems will go away faster.

After the ambulance left I the track I felt pretty good. (Joke). My ribs hurt.....lots! My son was laughing his ass off at me the whole time. I don't know how to take a 2 year old crack up at the sight of me running sprints.

LMAO!!

I was on a 220 track. Ran one Waked one. Local High School.

It was hell.
