Results 1-ad/4-ad Cycle (Pics)

I did a cycle of 1-ad (ergopharm) and 4-ad (ergopharm). During this cycle i worked out 5 days a week on a 2 day cycle. I tried to inhale all the food i could and also keep a 2g x body weight in protein. I also took a multi-vitamin, ginger root(for protein intake), flaxseed oil, and pantothenic acid(acne). I am 19 years old(many say too young, and not experienced enough lifter, but i wanted to try it). I also drank until intoxication at least once per weekend, weekends was were the cycle went downhill IMO. But live and learn for next time.

Before: 170lbs-Working out for 7months, only one creatine cycle under my belt.

Week 1: 175lbs-Weight went up 5 lbs and all my lifts went up 5-10lbs most.

Week 2: 176lbs-Weight barely changed (1lb) and all my lifts didnt change.

Week 3: 180lbs-I gained 4 lbs and my lifts went up 5lbs.

Week 4: 186lbs-I gained 6lbs and my lifts went up another 5-10lbs at most.

Week 1: 200mg 1-ad 480mg transdermal 4-ad
Week 2: 300mg 1-ad 480mg transdermal 4-ad
Week 3: 400mg 1-ad 720mg transdermal 4-ad
Week 4: 600mg 1-ad 720mg transdermal 4-ad

I started at 170lbs and ended up at 186lbs. I think most of my weight went to my legs, because they rub together like a 45 year old woman. As you can see my upper body isnt that much bigger, as it filled out a bit. My lifts went up 25lbs in some cases (extreme) and i feel stronger and I get comments all the time how im much bigger, stronger, and more muscular. I wouldnt change anything else.
Side Effects:I got a dry throat during my 2nd week which didnt go away till i was done with the cycle. I didnt acquire any other side effects. No acne, no lethargicness, no loss of sex drive.
Post Cycle:I was using 6-oxo 1500mg the first week and 1200mg the second week. The third week (this week) im fighting off a harsh cold (strep throat) so i am no longer taking the 6-oxo. My weight has went down. Im now at 179-180lbs. I bought tribulus but never used it as i didnt have a loss in sex drive.

My thoughts are i will be doing another cycle of 1-ad in the future. I had no bad thoughts on this and it was a great experience.

Your lats are bigger and I can see a bit more definition, but other than that, there's little change. Are you eating right? Eating big? Is your exercise routine regular? Training hard for at least an hour? What's your routine like?

You also still have 4 more weeks to do for a total of 8 weeks. How about you show those legs, eh sweetie? :D
 
Eating as much as i can 6-8 meals a day. I work out everyday (5 days a week) 2 day cycle. (it was working for me )day 1:bi's, back,legs day 2:tri's,chest,shoulders. I also do calves and stomach everyday, cardio not on a regular basis, whenever i get around to it. beginning of the cycle i got 185lbs up on bench busting a blood vessel, end of cycle 210lbs saving my blood vessels. I'm alot thicker it feels (bulkier) than when i started. I know the results dont show much but i feel it was worth it. My next cycle will be longer, people do cycles from anywhere from 4 weeks to 8 weeks. Im a newbie to lifting and everything so i figured 4 was plenty for me.

IMO my chest got bigger and more defined and so did my arms. But maybe thats just me. Alot of people pull great results while mine was a mild cycle and turned out just so-so.

You put on 16 pounds in 4 weeks, without much (if any) fat, and you don't consider your gains to be GREAT?

In the 7 previous months you lifted, how much did you gain? I doubt you gained 16lbs a month or anywhere near that.
 
Thanks for sharing your experience. I'll be sure to do the same once I start my cycle of it which is going to use the same products in a few weeks.

You got results. Its informative for people who are uncertain about trying PH's. It also keeps it real. No supp is going to turn you into Incredible Hulk in 4 weeks.

yea, thats why i posted, i wanted everyone to get a little better understanding or a demonstration of PH's. That first cycle IMO was rather weak, time to up the anti!

Great results bro!!! I am interested in taking a PH cycle and wanted to know what products did u take & where can I get them. Also where can I get the anti-e products & what r the best to take? Thanks

As for a post-cycle recovery agent, purchase Ergopharm's 6-OXO. It is the game, if going the OTC route.
