Rest Times & Sets

Alright, let's see, I'm curious about how long I should rest, and how many sets for various body parts etc.

Okay, look...
Sets: Bis, Tris, Delts, Calves, Abs (7) because they're smaller
Sets: Quads, Hams, Back, Traps, Chest (9) because they're bigger

Is that accurate?
Then, when resting...
Resting after a warmup set: 1 minute
Resting after a 5x5 for small muscles: 2 minutes
Resting after 2x8 for small muscles: 1 minute
Resting after a 5x5 for large muscles: 3 minutes
Resting after 2x8 for large muscles: 1.5 minutes

Is that sufficient? Just wanna hear what people think about that.
I figure I should have less rest times for smaller muscles, because they recover faster (so I hear)

Any input on this?
 
I just look at it this way:
Heavy weight (1-4 reps) 3 minute rest
Moderate weight (6-12 reps) 1-2 minutes.

I never seem to lose my pump... but don't go anymore than 4 minutes or youll feel like you're starting all over. At least thats how it is with me.
