Rest time between cycles

I was on my first cycle from Jan 14th for 8 weeks with Deca 400 and Sus 500, tapering for the last 3 weeks. I took Clomid for 4 weeks following the end of the cycle.
The last dosage was march 4th, am I ready for a new cycle?
What is the general rule for the break time inbetween cycles?
Is it a good dosage to do again?

I would say you are good to go! but thats just my opinion. My rule of thumb is as long off as I was on.

If you were on a cycle for 8 weeks, then you should wait eight weeks before you start juicin again.

IF SOMETHING YOU DID IN YOUR LAST CYCLE WORKED PHENOMENALLY, THEN I WOULD SAY GO BACK AND USE IT AGAIN, ESPECIALLY IF YOU WERE ABLE TO KEEP MOST OF YOUR GAINS. ON THE OTHER HAND ITS TIME TO SWITCH UP THE PROGRAM AND TRY SOMETHING NEW FIND OUT WHAT GIVES THE RESULTS YOU DESIRE!!!
