Great job! You're in better shape than 99% of the 19 year old college students who are 1/3 of your age. A true role model for anyone over 50 as well.

Those outside pics are actually pretty crappy. We had just bought a brand new digital, and I don't believe settings or something were good. Took tons of definition away.

All that hard work... ;(
No NOT bad at ALL! :)

I get that often with ALL of my cameras as well... sometimes it works in my favor, but nothing compares to seeing me in person ... I'm just one of 'those' people. :)

By the way, this post was great. I posted a link to it in my thread (or somewhere on women's) b/c I was asked my opinion on the subject. When I first lost all my postcancer weight, I did AM HIIT cardio on empty, and yes, I responded VERY favorably to it ... VERY.

But also, after my bulk, I use the pre/during workout/cardio shake and I have been experiencing favorable results, better than I have EVER thought actually.

I will always be amazed by my body & forever dedicated to learning what it is capable of.

Sorry for the rambling ... Happy Hump Day! :)

I read your "profile" in the email I got from this site. It was an awesome read, and I can only say you should be an inspiration to all! I am so taken, maybe it is my age, but by anyone who comes from the depths that you experienced.

I always use folks like you for inspriation to clients....I say if this person can do it, I have no sympathy for a person that is completely physically able and just chooses to sit around an whine about it.

One of my competitions, we had a wheel chair class. The applause for them out there on stage was so thuderous, you could hear it back in our pump up room. When these guys came back to the room after their time on stage, we all stood up and gave them a standing ovation. It was very moving.

Oh well, I am now rambling....great job bunny!

By the way, my wife is a full diabetic, had high blood pressure, all the bad stuff. Meds, etc. I got her on a diet, slow build up of exercise, and she was last year ready to compete with me in a bodybuilding contest! No meds anymore, she is extremely healthy. Anyone can overcome.

She by the way was a featured girl of the month on a site I belive it is called hometown girl or something. Will see if I can dig it up.

Lifter,

I value your opinion & comments VERY much, thank you. That is MOST EXCELLENT about your wife. You are SO right though ... "Anyone can overcome"... I truly believe that.

The wheel chair class, standing ovation, WOW, that just about made me tear up. Fantastic.

With mutual respect & admiration,

*Bunny* ;)
