No NOT bad at ALL!
I get that often with ALL of my cameras as well...
sometimes it works in my favor, but nothing compares to seeing me in person ... I'm just one of 'those' people.
By the way, this post was great. I posted a link to it in my thread (or somewhere on women's) b/c I was asked my opinion on the subject. When I first lost all my postcancer weight, I did AM HIIT cardio on empty, and yes, I responded VERY favorably to it ... VERY.
But also, after my bulk, I use the pre/during workout/cardio shake and I have been experiencing favorable results, better than I have EVER thought actually.
I will always be amazed by my body & forever dedicated to learning what it is capable of.
