guys i did a homework last nite. i visited many websites of pro bodybuilders and looked at their cutting diet.
Than after that I pulled all my muscle mags and was reading all articles on cutting.
Here is the conclusion:
They all eat clean on cutting diet:
HIGH PROTEIN (3grams per lbs) - chicken, red meat, fish
MODERATE FAT (HEALTHY FAT) - flex seed oil, fat from meat
LOW CARBS (from 50-100) - only veggies and oats, some brown rice
They all do cardio.
Basically they all follow guidelines above. Eat clean, high protein, low clean carbs, and healthy fat + CARDIO.
DO NOT FORGET TO LIFT HEAVY LIKE BEFORE ON HIGH CARBS!!!!!!!!! Do not be pussy and lift moderate weights!
Guys when u follow guidelines above, you will get results.
Add some ECA and you will be a ripped mother-fucker!!!!
My recommendation for supplements:
VP-2 protein from AST-SS (if u hate to coock just take some protein)
Flax seex oil - take in tons (7 tablespoons a daY)
ALA - 1000 mg
2gr VITAMIN C
MULTIVITAMIN
FOLIC ACID 800mg
BUY FIBER in powder form ( it is a must) add to your protein shake!
FISH OIL
DRINK A LOT OF TEE (green tea, herbal tea to get rid of toxins in your body)
DRINK A LOT OF WATER. FORCE YOUTSELF TO DRINK A WATER. 1 1/2 gal. at least!
This diet is not hard to do. Think about 6 pack that you gonna get.
Be excited, love your body, get motivated, THINK POSITIVE.
You have to be positive, do some meditation, imagine what kinda of body u want before you go to sleep.
You will see results in no time.
