I just downloaded Benni's record breakers, and I swear, that dude just kicks ass.

Here's a request for any other really good heavy lift videos. Not necessarily just of the "big 3", but of any really good lifts that are gonna help me get pumped up.

I deadlift tomorrow, and you damn sure better believe I'm gonna watch Benni's videos a few times.
