Reputable company ripped me off

I ordered liquid Tamoxifen from a "reputable" company that advertises their liquid Tamoxifen on their site at 40mg/mL, 30mL bottle for $55. When I received it the label on the bottle says 20mg/mL and was a 30mL bottle. So I received half of what I ordered. I sent an email asking for an explanation several days ago but have heard no response. I think they should send me another bottle or refund half my money. Obviously I can't get specific on the company, but maybe they will see this and offer an explanation. Has this happened to anyone? I have ordered some 'Kits' from them to do some 'Research' in the past with no problems.

Hmm? That sucks! I was going to place an order for some liquid femera this week. But I did send them an email with some questions well over a week ago and yet to have a response, but no big deal, I'm going to put the order in this week. They are reputable so just send them another email.

AP, I'm sure he didn't mean it as an attack on the company.......more just as a rant. Even the best of companies make mistakes once in a while. But the truly good companies fix the mistake and make it right. I'm sure they'll get back to him after a few emails.....I'm sure they get a lot of them.

Atomic Punk....It's their website selling that product at 40mg/mL in 30mL bottle for $55. I've been to their website routinely for several months and their price and concentration has never changed on that product. Thanks for your explanation though. Your mention of a "simple mistake" puts the whole thing in perspective for me now. I guess they just happened to grab the wrong bottle of Liquid Tamoxifen and shipped that one to me by their "simple mistake." I guess they just made up some 20mg/mL bottles for fun one day and they got mixed in with the 40mg/mL batch and some one just grabbed the wrong one and mailed that one to me by "mistake". I feel better now knowing that it was a "simple mistake". BTW I have actually sent them 3 emails in the last month. And according to THEEGAME2544 and lwgy they haven't had much luck with getting return emails either. Must be just another simple mistake. The point: Don't send me half of what I paid for. Atomic Punk do you have anymore Punk-ass explanations?

The pill form is way cheaper, better tasting, and easy as hell to get. I only get liquidex becuase it is alot cheaper then the pill form.

AP: you say who is he to talk about them? Who are you to go off and talk down to him about this. A company has an obligation to the consumer. Yes i agree wit you that it could and most likely be a mistake.. But why cant he talk about it. Everyone would be pist if they get beat somehow. Also.. if this doesnt get corrected I FOR ONE would love to know about this. Thats one mauin reaosn why i came to these boards. What if i wanted the same product?
