Blondebomber I've done 530 raw, 500 x 3 but after a couple months high rep work I think I'd be lucky to get 500+. If I dont do low reps I lose max strength real fast.

sorearms, because my stinky feet keep the other Ballys members from trying to curl in the rack while I'm squatting. Nah, I just prefer the stabilty.. I'd get some chuck's but they look hella gay & I dont want to wear them in public :X

thanks guys, hopefully I'll get to 405 x 20 by the end of next month. That and a 585 x 5 deadlift are my current goals :)

granted when doing heavy weight high reps your form will slip but i think tweakle's form is pretty damn good..

his form was slightly off the last few reps because it was a high rep set, its bound to happen

my back was rounding on the last few weights, but thats what happens with high reps.. your back goes before your thighs most of the time.

I can do GM's with 495 so I'm not that worried about straining anything from using 'back' in the lift

hey I feel the same when I see mike miller squatting 1100 :)

high reps are a total mind game, you'd be suprised how many you can get with 70-80% of your 1RM after a couple weeks adaptation.

reminds me of when I used to 20 reppers there is no worse feeling
