well yesterday was my second carb up day, i weighed in at 169 this morning and thats with all the glycogen and everything, last friday before my carbup in the morning i weighed 173, so i am certainly losing (my bf has dropped significantly, my 6 pack is visible but not cut yet! certainly progress) ill take a pic soon hopefully..... damn gf hasn't been around to take it!
