Cheers it's not so much, I use a belt and 2 45's or 41kg for sets of 5.
The heavist I've seen is Nasser doing 4 x 45's (plus his 21stone bodyweight!)
Yes, when i use it with weight equal to or lower than my body weight it is too easy (as in i have to use no effort at all), and when i use weight more than my body weight i cant get it (the platform) too move.view said:does your gym have a dip machine?
