Just a quick question regarding recovery,....what does everyone use to recover sooner from all out ball busting workouts ? I have increased my intensity by some 4 fold. The only issue I have now is that I can't seem to recover quickly enough. I am using 650mg of sus a week. Have deka on hand in case the joints start their shit. Any advice would be appreciated. TY
 
If you mean recovery from a cycle....nolvadex and HCG.
If you are refering to a general recovery from a workout...10g of glutamine, 30g carbs and 3-5 grams CEE.

post wo..5g of glutamine, 5g creatine, 140g waxy maize..20 min later 75g protein.. before bed, another 5g of glutamine, zma, and renu fit (recovery agent/sleep aid/fat burner). If I don't take any of this, I just make sure I eat a whole lot and it tends to give me enough energy and keeps recovery optimal.

650mg of Test E, and 400mg of Tren A help too.. :D

My bad,. I meant from a workout. I eat very clean,...like a friggin pig every two hours. 200 plus mgs of protien daily. I just started using a post workout drink two days ago. I will see if it works. I was always under the impression that it was because a person didn't eat enough protien.

Glutamine. Post w/o shake with protien & carbs IMMEDIATELY after training, a meal 1 hour later. Also, I've been sitting in the dry sauna for a half hour after a workout and it has really worked
