what rep range would you suggest for building the most mass. I am currently using a 5x5 on the compound lifts and 8-12 for accessary work. What do you think about pyramiding the weights? I currently add weight when I am able to complete all 5x5 and also when I am able to complete 12 reps on last set of accessary work. Is this a good method? or should I be doing something else?
