After reading another post I was curious what peoples rep range consists of when squating??

Squats 2/wk (every 4 days)-
one day 5X5 @80% max/ the other day 3X15-20 @60% max...mixing it up works for me
I like the sounds of this, deffinatly covering fast and slow twitch fibers.
needsize said:I always stuck around 5 reps for my heavy sets, but I got to a point where I was squatting too heavy, so I changed it to 6-8 reps and that seems to be working good as well
