On Saturday I decided to do biceps as part of my 5x5.
Now the programme says to use 8 reps ideally. But I felt like the weight I was on was too easy, so I bumped it up, but only managed to get 4 reps out of the new heavier dumbells, really seemed like it worked as I noticed a vein coming out nicely as I was doing them.
Should I continue with the new weight next week? Even though I may only be doing four reps? Perhaps I could increase the amount of sets.. Help.
