Do they by law have to actually give the grandprize out? I swear i always had 2 of /Boardwalk/ but never the 3rd. Im just wondering if thats like the mother of all scams, produce 8 million of one ticket, then just like 1 of the kicker...
 
I think all they have to do is make a grand prize winner. As for how/when/where it goes into circulation....
 
Well next tiime they do it again, im posting everything i have on elite to go global. If someone has the missing piece, 50/50 yo.

i was in like gr 5 or 6 when that first came out... i remember actually rooting through the garbage bins and taking the stickers off frenchfry and hamburger boxes.... lol those were the days!
