Remember ALA mega-dosing?

Remember back around 7,8, 9 years ago or so there was a big buzz about mega dosing ALA to mimmick using slin? I dont remember myself actually the details but It was the same principal I believe. Mega dose a few grams of ALA and eat a high carb meal.
Anyone ever do it? Did it work? Or is there an obvious reason no one mentions it any more.
I just happened to remember reading about it today and figured I would bring it up.

This supp is the real deal. Hefty dose of Na-rALA. Take two caps 15 minutes before your two biggest carb meals of the day. Spread the dose out by 8-10 hours. This will make you go hypo, so have some food close by. I would not take this and then "not eat" a heavy carb meal.

Cool. So obviously this shit is way stronger than the old r-ala 500mg caps I used to get. I only tried it like 3 times. I was like 23. I was a retard. The "thing" then was to take like 5000mg and eat.

So...with this theory then...should it be treated like slin?
Simple carbs first? Then some serious oats or something to follow?

The concept behind slin is so simple. The muscle building effects are incredible. But the "potential" for it to be dangerous just makes me not be able to justify the "real" thing. I dont compete, i'm not an athelete I just cannot do it. I know alot of guys say its so easy with the right guidance but I just cant do it.

I would love to try the ALA thing again though. What is the ala dose per cap?

Im sure it would work wonders with 750mg of sustanon wk. :)

I dosed it with breakfast 6 whole eggs, 4 pieces of ezekiel raisin toast ~80g cho and pre workout 8oz of chicken tits and 16oz of mashed sweet potatoes.

Check around on google. There are some really good logs/reviews of this product floating around. Not much mention of it here. I'm probably the only one who's used it lol.

I pm'd needto that he should come up with something like this geared to be synergystic with AAS. Like Using AAS and slin, but without the potential for fatality if you make a mistake.



Southernlord, seriously? 2 of these will make you go hypo without carbs? You ever use more than 2?

I'm in my 2nd bottle seeing some deff body recomp when combined with my gym/diet program and forged burner.
 
I tried Glycobol and it gave me the worst stomach pains and I was having to shit 10 times a day. Didn't do much besides that. I wasn't impressed.
 
Ya it made my poo green and often for the first week or so but after that back to normal and the green has almsot faded... I've been cutting for almost 9 months now (got married 2 yrs ago and she can cook/bake), was at standstill for body recomp and this combined with the rest of my new program (omega project phase one) has helped me keep pushing forward (I've lost 8-9" on my waist this year and gone from 24%+ bf to 13-14%). Now most of my changes happened with my atkins diet then CDK diet then beast cyc then low cal diet and natty. But my losses had really slowed and then for the last month and a week I've been using this ala, forged and just a low cal diet and have continued the faster trend I had before. Goal is to be 10% or less by the end of March and I've got something interesting planned for Jan-March.

Who knows how much credit can be given to the ala but synergeticly it might be helping (oh and FYI I don't do cardio just 1hr x 5 a week lifting and and I keep the intensity up the whole time).
