OK, was hoping somebody else would take the dive but I guess not. Will be starting soon and have started a male coworker on it today--the fact that it sold out in record time and the other pharmaceutical products made by the developer (not manufacturers) compels me to give it a shot.

For anyone unaware--here are the claims: helpful in managing stess, anxiety, hypertension & weight gain due to stess.

What is has been proven to do is lower cortisol levels 37% and increase DHEA by 227%. As a result suposed to have these benefits--

-decreases abdominal fat caused by high cortisol levels
-have antidepressant/relaxant effect
-improve sleep
-control stress related eating
-lowers high blood pressure due to stress

I have a tiny waste so am not a good subject for the abdominal fat thing and am not really depressed. My coworker doesn't take any supps--seriously, he wouldn't know Xen from Clen from baby aspirin--so makes a good subject. His waist is only 35" which surprised the hell out of me (looks bigger). I'd put him at around 22% bodyfat with a good 5% in the middle. He's about 5'8"/180. Anyway, he's always depressed too so we'll see what happens with respect to those two claims (and he knows he's got to tell me sides or any other effects).

Unfortunatly I am a good canidate for the stess related insomnia--I've had it all my life. It's pretty bad daily, I just can't fall asleep--once I do I'm ok but that's usually around 3am and have to get up at 6 so just sucks--I usually really notice the stress, just feels like I can't stop the dumbest shit from popping into my head when I'm trying to fall asleep. When I am stressed though--I'll go at least 3 days with 0 sleep and once 5 (you are essentially retarted at that point btw). Also at work sometimes I do get that stress eating thing, not constantly--only when I really, really want to punch someone whose been aggrevating the shit out of me (about every other week). I find eating prevents me from actually doing so?? Is the only time I really get like that.

At least will get results from one female and one male--everybody's different and I just started a round of MD6 so??? Also, studies was for two weeks so will shouldn't take too long to see if worth continuing or not. Study info here (scroll down to middle of page)

I have just started taking it. It has only been two days. Not doing it for the weight loss, but the mood boster side of it. So I can't say much at this moment. I'll let you know soon enough.

Studies were done with 200mg/3x's per day but they upped it when they started selling it??? So just take 1 pill (250mg) 3x's/day. I saw it at Vit World today for around $20 but you can get cheaper online--of course why pay the s&h if you are just testing?? Vit World will take back yourstuff too with the receipt if you didn't like.
 
I'll take 250mg 3x a day. one bottle last for a month. But I'm also thinking, on my second bottle(I bought two) I will take maybe 2 or 3 before my workouts just to see. I don't think it would hurt me.

Well obviously none of us really know that for sure but if your willing to test . . . seriously though, the only side mentioned was increased drowsiness in 20% of people at the 200mg dose. Just be ready, taking more and close to work out time may have you dropping weights on your head so just be careful. I am starting tomorrow (hmm, guess that's today already). Gave the bottle I originally started to my coworker and just got new ones in. Will keep everyone posted but it looks like you and he will have the first set of two week results (ps--he will be taking for a month also).
 
isnt some of the same ingredients in Sublimis made by IDS?
i was going to get me some of that, but maybe ill try relora if you guys notice anything good from it.

I was wondering if anyone has seen any anti-anxiety effects with relora.


I have been trying Kava, SJW, Vitmain B Complex & RHodiola for anti-anxiety & depression - even though I have had marginal success - my condition persists.


Before I try any conventional drugs; I was wondering if I should try Relora as I have read so much about it.

My regular regimen of lifting is the one of the things that has been working - but what do I do when I am not lifting ?

Any feedback would be appreciated.
