Rehband elbow supports

I am ordering a set of these right now, and I measured per the suggestion. (3 inches above your elbow joint. Relaxed.)

My arm measures 14.5 inches at that point. (36.8cm.) The site only lists supports up to 36cm. for an XXL. I really don't think that is the right size for me.

Anyone who has and uses these, could you please post your arm size and which size elbow support you use? Relaxed or flexed at this point. (FYI, My arm flexed is about 17-17.5in.)

Thanks,
Joker

Get kingc to post what size mine are....I think I have Larges...

Get them small...

I have the knee supports. And man, am sooooo happy that I do.

Will definitely be getting the elbow supports, too.

BTW: I wear size small.

i was thinking you measure around elbow just as you do your knee(around knee cap center) and mine are like 29cm so i will order larges.

Thanks,

Yeah, I think I was thinking of the Inzer elbow supports, now that I think about it. They have you measure 3 inches above your elbow.

I measured around my elbow and got about 31cm. Right at the cut-off for large vs X-Large. You guys suggest I get the large instead of the X-Large?

Thanks all,
Joker

i would get the large if i were you, better to be tight than loose.(no pun intended)

That's what I was thinking, too. Thanks.

Now to justify +$50 on elbow supports to the wife.....:D

That's what I just bought tonight. The Rehband elbow supports. I got the large.

I also have the Inzer knee supports on their way. Should be here tomorrow.

Why aren't the Inzer elbow sleeves allowed?

I have the Inzer Knee sleeves as well. They can actualy give a little to much support. With Strongman it is like football a lot...you need to be able to move and be VERY agile. Wearing Knee wraps (or Inzer Knee sleeves) might give you problems with that. I will continue to use them though...

The elbow sleeves give a definate advantage on the pressing. IMO...an unfair advantage. Try putting some knee wraps on your elbows and pressing....HUGE difference...

I haven't noticed any advantage to pressing with elbow sleeves. But then, I don't wear them real tight, and the ones I just outgrew, were sorta thin.

I wear them mostly just to keep my elbow joint nice and warm. It has helped with the slight pain I have in them.

Thanks for the info.:)

Are you talking about the Inzer Knee sleeves with the velcro??? THOSE are what I am talking about...

B True

Yep...those are them.

Using the ones for the elbows should help with the press a lot...an unfair amount IMO.

I actually bought the Rehband elbow sleeves because I like the fact that they are longer than most other sleeves.:)

Probably a good thing I didn't know about the Inzer's.:D

i bought the large and i have 18.5 inch arms and small joints. i thought i had bought the wrong ones becuase they were so tight. but i have just pulled and stretched them out a little from use, and partly from me stretching it myself, and i love them. but just dont put them on untill its time to press, B fold told me that one and its a very good bit of info.

Dude, once your wife sees you in action movin' really fast, while carrying really heavy shit; she'll forget about $50+ price tag. Guarantee. :D

In the meantime, I'd just call it a "positive longterm investment".
