AKA stealth log in. When I use this at work I see in the history something like www.expertpcsupport.com/forumdisplay/ I am unable to delete the histroy is deleting the cookies enough to not show what I have been viewing? If you click on the forum display it shows a log in to EF so it makes me wonder how stealth it really is.

The way they'll catch you is by looking at firewall/proxy logs, if they really want to find out.

expertpcsupport just fools the casual scanner.
