Regarding anabolics and sleep... question.

I only get 4-6 hours of sleep a night and I know that is very bad if I want results from my lifting and anabolics.

I was wondering would napping during the day help with this or is it useless since the 7+ hours are needed in a row?

Well, although it is important to get atleast 7 or 8 hours sleep I think a power nap can always help. A lot of pro's talk about taking a 45 minute power nap in the afternoon. I know I take them after dinner when I need one and it helps me get a much better pump when training that evening.
 
If you can nap during the day it would be of great benefit. I sleep about 6 hours at night, just can't sleep any longer, but I nap early evening everyday.
