Regaine is still very expensive here in the States. The stuff I buy at Costco is generic minoxidil, but is made by Pharmacia & Upjohn, the makers of Regaine and Rogaine. Check around and see if you can find a buyer's club like Costco, Price Club, Sam's Mart, etc.
