Reg Parks old wrokout

I have to be honest with ya man, 155 lbs in a barbell row isn't huge weight. Show me a man doing 300-400 lb rows with a rounded lower back and I'll show you a man that will soon need lots of therapy.

Not to mention a man that has incredibly poor form in his rows !!!

I was reading that Reg was one of the first people in his decade/generation to benchpress 500 pounds, im sure there was other numbers such as squat and deadlift i just prolly wasnt paying attention to the article.

he looked good as hell and was mighty strong :)

Supporting any weight in a bent-spinal position is usually not good, it means it's possible the weight is being borne by the spine instead of the erectors. Maintaining a strong arch through a movement is the only way of ensuring the spine don't shear.

That's what I've heard at least.
