Youll see much better results if you split your dose in 1/2 and take 2x a day.

Out of curiosity, how do you take your reffie away from home? I can only take the stuff by mixing it with water and it's not exactly convenient or classy to take the vial and a syringe to lunch with me.

I don't know that this would necessarily work any better than water as far as convenience, but a friend of mine always took it with children's liquid tylenol. I never did that, but he said it was great.
