Reducing CORTISOL levels...

i blame stress and high cortisol levels for my recent acne outbreaks and hairloss. it seems to be a major contributing factor to whats going on with my body, and i don't like it one bit. what is the best way to reduce cortisol levels? getting massages once a week? breathing exercises? diet supplementation? anyone have any ideas?

cort-bloc supplement after training and in the moring when cort is the highest level...

gplenish would also be beneficial (glut peptides)

Insuling is only a short-term solution. You could also supplement of Vit C, Garlic extract, Gplenish and Phosphatidyl Serine - but none of these are effective in reducing cortisol elevations resulting from enduring long periods of stress, sleeplessness, overtraining, etc. The best way is just to get some REM sleep and a lot of it.
Just on a side-note creatine insulin spike during STERSS-induced cortisol elevation (which is permanent over a period of set time until full recovery/rest) will result in great fat deposits. Stress also promotes insulin resistance. Welcome the 'skinny-fat' phenomenon.
Get rest bro!

Oral glutamine is useless

PS (phosphatidyl serine) will helps

but the best would be to try not to produce much cortisol => no stress, more sleep, no over-training
