I think omega is just having some growing pains. Thats a good thing and a bad thing. He will work it out though.

Well, I am sensitive to stims, so 3-4 Amp02's works great to get me through a workout. And I'm not a lightweight. People are just different. What works for some - or even a majority - will not always work for all.

Last night I went to the gym on 4 Amp02's and into my first few warmup sets I realized I hadn't really eaten any carbs recently (and I was feeling it), so I went to get a few sips of my PWO shake and realized I forgot the fucker at home! I had a vitamin water (only 13g carb) so I pounded that thinking if I was still feeling carb delpeted I would go buy some of the gym's overpriced stuff.

I made it through that exercise and felt good enough to go on. I killed my second exercise and from then on I was golden! I know it was the Amp02 that kicked in, because I know how I react to it and I felt that same effect.

There are a handful of supps I believe are useful and effective and Amp02 is one of them.

I originally took 6 and didn't feel that much so upped the dose to 8 and made a noticeable difference. Only problem now is I am taking 10 for same effect so I am a little concerned I am becoming accustomed to the dose and I am on my first bottle. Hopefully 10 will be good for some time. I certainly do like it, particularly becuase there is no awful crash afterwards.

Many cant use more then 7-8 some use just 5! to give you a spectrum of response

Today was a bust day for me and I left the house with out my AMp02. I realized it after I was an hour or so into my errands. I stopped and Arabs stop and shop near one of my stops and grabbed a redline.

Red Line:
taste like shit. i even had one of the flavored ones. I have tried it before but never the triple berry. Got the jitters quick and new it was kicking in. Went to the gym and worked out shortly after the jitters kicked in. my workout was good but it wasn't as intense as it normally is and my energy level dropped off just as quick as it came on.

Amp02:
No taste, kicks in and last even past my workout. It even has creatine in it which makes it a plus

Conclusion:

I prefer Amp02 over redline any day as well as over NO-Xplode. Neiterh of these compare to AMp02
