He has me doing jump lunges, and a jump step up I guess you would call them on plyo's day. He was trying to figure out how to work my legs three days a week without overkill and letting them recover some. As far as the hamstring curls... the seated is upstairs and the lying is downstairs and I would never get my work-outs done right now with all the new people in the gym! Equipment hoggers!!! Thanks for the suggestions though :)

Since I started taking the Sesapure and Neurogenex last week I have noticed a huge difference mentally for the better! I feel a LOT better.

I was saying to consider doing seated OR lying at each workout..not both in the same session. ALternate them at each workout....but do both exercises uni-laterally. There is so much overlap between the two exercises that they are nearly identical.

Gotcha! I may see him tonight I'll ask him. Thanks for the clarification.
So then would you up the sets to 4 on those? Since I have it as 4 on the seated, 3 on the lying, and 3 on the uni lying. That way I'm only dropping 2 sets.

SO friggin tired this morning. I can tell the decrease in food today. I drink 1 quart of water while I was running I usually am fine until I'm done.

Weights and energy levels this evening should be interesting since it's plyometrics.

The gym sucked yesterday because I had to wait for everyone to get off every single exercise piece of equipment I had to use. Therefore I spent an extra 30 minutes in the gym, Errrrr

Ugh, I HATE that when I'm in a zone. Well, soon enough (even though I don't really WANT people to give up) many will give up on his/her resolutions and start to disappear ... and students back to school if you get the younger set in the gym.

Funny I was just saying that to my friend this morning. I said, "Why don't they just give up now and get on with it rather then mess up the people that really care about working out." I always think if it's something somebody really wants to do... You DON'T have to wait until JAN 1st or 2nd... why not start at that exact moment!

I have had MANY dreams like that, also where the punches thrown don't phase the other person one bit, no force upon impact etc. Been a little while since I've had one but you are not alone :)

I have those too....or the one's where you're trying to run, but you're in slowmo. Hate those!

Yeah I'm always running away from authority and killing people with these guns that magically appear in my hands. Must be something to do with my life in the military. I dunno. The other night I dreamt I stole this bright red Hummer and I was like in India hiding out in these pottery filled tents and shops under tables. I'm always hiding, running, and killing. Silly, silly, silly.

Thursday JAN 19th
So I decided to go do my cardio at lunch. I'm having one of those days that people keep irritating me. They ask you one thing and two seconds later they tell you a totally different story. So I figured working out would help blow some of the steam off. I feel better but I have stomach cramps now. It's lovely.
So today was Long Slow Cardio Day (LSD)
5 min WU 3.0 on treadmill
25 min 4.2
15 min at 5.0 on elyptical

I'm about ready to eat my third meal now.

No I haven't but I think you are right! I am bored as ever most of the day at work, and at night while I sleep is where I get my action and adventure :)
Oh and another thing irritating is when you have to go to the bathroom and there is a stupid janitor (male) cleaning it and you can't get in. The next closest one is on another floor.

I had more energy this a.m. then Wed. probably due to more solid meals yesterday minus the 2 protein shakes like I had tuesday for wednesday's A.M. session.
Feeling irritable again this a.m. I'm not sure why... but I am.

My newest thing the past few weeks has been working on strectching my Hip flexors they seem to be overly taut. I have also been getting them worked on by a therapist. I can't seem to keep my butt on the seat when I do my Leg extensions and of course there is no belt to strap me down. My trainer thought maybe he could use a thera band and tie me to the seat like he did his other figure competitor. I said, "Ummm I think people will get the wrong idea." So I told him I would work on stretching them instead.

The water coming off after a period of bulking makes me feel so much better, thank GAWD. IMO, as of late, I can noticably see it in my face (no longer puffy), my skin and I just FEEL so much better. Plus I get excited b/c I'm going to be able to see some more striations soon :) The bloat in my hands and feet could get so bad ... ick ... *chills* thinking about it. I joke with Mr. B, "Can you rub my Hobbits (i.e. swollen feet) Pleasssssssssssssssse..."

Yeah I think I've lost about 7 pounds so far since Jan 1st. It's always nice to have a reminder as you have placed above about what the feeling is again, After hard work sometimes it's hard to remember. Thanks!

WOW this week sucks!
I am calling this hell week!
I had to hit weights early sunday because I had to do 6 hours of volunteer work 4 p.m. -10p.m.
Monday I overslept my 4:30a wake-up to do my intervals (my body is stuck on 8 hours no less) So when I finally woke up at 7:30 I was mad.
I came to work and had to have this brief done by noon for my boss that I just was told about. So I finished that up, went to the gym here at work (treadmills SUCK), and did some crappy interval junk on one of them. It's not a really a running treadmill more of a wakling treadmill, and here I am the one that laughs at people who try and run on them and now I was forced to run on one. Not only run but try and do interval training on one while it felt like I was running on a balance beam.
So then I had 3 hours of volunteer work 3-6 p.m., and then I got to the gym to do my weights and I had to park in BFE because the lot was full, and of course that means it was no better inside to try and get any weights.
So I did my weights went home.
Today (Tuesday)
I got up at 5:30, did my long slow distance training, and now I'm sitting at my desk tired. I have volunteer work today from 1-5p.m., then weights.
Tomorrow (wed)
Will be intervals in the morning ( I will wake up!), work, volunteer work 1-5p.m. , and then school 6-9:30 p.m.
Thursday I have long slow distance a.m. cardio, work, and clinic from 3-8 p.m.
Friday I have a.m. intervals, and school 9-5, training appointment with my trainer at 5
Saturday a.m. cardio, school 9-5p.m.
Sunday School 9-5
So I figured I would get all of that up there at one time because I'm affraid I won't be posting much this week.
My log is in my car so I can't post my weights this week.
My trainer didn't do BF last friday because he thought waiting another week would be more accurate since the first week was mainly water loss anyway... whatever...
So kinda crusty... but I'll get through it!

I have noticed the 4 second negatives and higher reps are creating much soreness the past two weeks. It's awesome feeling it hurt for a few days knowing I hit them hard!

Energy today is good since I had the PB and whole wheat wraps the other night. Strength has been gradually increasing all along. Focus isn't on the amount of weight this 4 weeks, but more the correct form, reps 12-15 with the 4 second negatives.

JAN 29-FEB 4th
I have a lot of energy right now... Probably due to taking 1 cardio breeze this morning with my breakfast. I'm slowly going to start using that one now. I also scrapped my birth control pill on friday. I went to Whole Foods and bought the no injected with anything (hopefully if they are not lying) chicken, ground Bison (grass fed and not injected), organic long grain brown rice, and a zinc supplement.
So I started eating the chicken and bison at a few meals yesterday, and am switched over today totally. I had a headache pretty much all day yesterday, which could be due to the Birth Control pill being stopped. I also was pretty flushed and pink cheeked when I took the zinc supplement with my other vitamins yesterday... So I decided to take it after my first meal with my vitamin E, and Vitamin C. I was pleasantly suprised by the flavor and texture of the Bison. It is REALLY good! It is leaner then extra lean ground beef although I still add in olive oil on one meal for fat, and it has higher amounts of iron and zinc. I just added a bit of chipotle Mrs dash spice, and some spicey black pepper and yummy. Then I have been roasting my chicken in rosemary and lemonpepper and that has been really good. I switched my egg whites around because I couldn't hack them down any more. So I called my mom and she gave me the bright idea of making a meringue out of them. Soooo I take and throw my 2-4 egg whites in my kitchen aid add a packet of splenda or two they are really good that way. Or I add a bit of sugar free coffee flavor (vanilla or hazlenut) and that tastes really good. I'm also going to try the Chocolate baking powder stuff and see if that doesn't make it taste more like a mousse. Now the almonds she gave me the idea of throwing them into a pan with some cinnamon and splenda (watching and flipping them constantly) for a few minutes and they turn out really good!
So the food hasn't been an issue now!

Sounds like Mom's got some good food ideas! I just might try a couple of those myself!

I LOVE buffalo and bison! I haven't bought any for quite a while, but leaning toward it. Especially after reading your post about oestrogen and progesterone (sp). Has me curious! I need to call my "meat" store and ask them a few questions.

Your leg workout sounds killer!! :) I've got legs tonight and I'm going to try to do a butt blaster thing with my Smith Machine. I've never heard of it, but I'm going to try it and see what kind of result I get.

Wow! One CB and you're feeling it?!?! That's awesome, I wish I could do that! It would definitely COST a lot less!! lol

This evening will be weights (upper body)

I talked to my trainer about switching around and doing lying leg curls, and uni leg curls one week, and seated leg curls and uni seated curls the next week (back and forth) like Shadow suggested. My trainer said he wants to keep up the intensity with what he has put down, because I would be decreasing at least 2 sets. He also said there is a minimal difference in the positioning and activation between the two exercises. He said granted not much, but enough that he wants to keep me with what he has. So I did ask and suggest...
He started laughing because I said," I was wondering if I could switch..." and then I rephrased it and said," I want your opinion on what you think of..." He liked how I turned my words around from more of telling him, to asking him. He said,"You are learning!" "You only suggest, and I implement." Whatever, he can be quite cocky.

So anyway... I took one cardio breeze before my a.m. cardio this a.m. and it seemed like the time went by easily, and it was easier to get through and do the work-out.

I also decided to take the rest of my N02 I have in my cupboard I figured at $100 a bottle, I my as well finish it off in my muscle building phase. I only have enough for a couple of weeks.

So just for some insight since I have been switching things around a bit and to keep my food journal log up....

1 cardio breeze (on interval days I drink 1 scoop of protein and glutamine before hand)
a.m. cardio
2 glucorell-r, 2 sesapure, 2 N02
M1 1/2C oatmeal, 4 oz. chicken, 1/2 C blueberries, Green tea (about 5 cups till noon) Multi-vitamin, calcium/magnesium, 2 neurogenex, Vitamin E and C

That's funny. Last week, I asked my trainer if we could do pull-ups again and he told me "it's not request thursday". But my trainer means well and just tells me I can't believe everything I read on the internet. He is quite supportive of this site though. When I lift heavy, he always tells me to run on home, get online and tell my internet buddies about my workout. :lmao:

Well, I don't have a trainer, but Mr. S is the same way. He just shakes his head when I talk about you girls. He can't figure out how people can become so involved on the internet! lol

Well it's one way to have a social life.. with work and always training it takes up a wide chunk of the day! If a guy doesn't come to my house then there's just no relationship.... I mean I don't have time to go to there house... Pretty much they have to work around my priority list if they really want to get to know me. So far this guy I'm dating has hung around the past two months. We'll see how long he hangs... He actually has taken some of my advice. I wish I would have took a picture of him in December and one recent because he has gained weight and lost quite a few inches around the mid section. Definitely has body building potential. I have showed him this sight and told him this is where some of my friends hide out! Funny at first he told me he didn't want to add any more muscle on, but then he saw my screensaver man and I think the idea of not putting muscle on went right out the window if he wants to compare to my screensaver man :)

I agree! Socializing and dating is very tough to do with our lifestyles....it always seems to revolve around eating and drinking. I do worry though that all I'll eventually end up with is low bodyfat and no life whatsoever :worried:

Yeah I will do the CB, I have the powerade pre work-out so that should kick some energy in along with the creatine and protein.

O.k. so on a side note the funniest thing just happened and it could'nt of happened at a better time because I was in a really bad mood at this nit-picky, mind-et, unwaivering, b!tchy, woman... I'm sure you get the drift

So my friend was in the bathroom and got locked in!!! They had to get screwdrivers to take handles off doors to get her out. So funny!

Friday's weight routine was ridiculous. I couldn't move up in weight because I was VERY sore still from the deep massage on thursday. Note to self... Don't get a deep tissue massage the day before a hard leg work-out.

This weekend I ate like crap. My niece's b-day party and yeah cake...
Today I didn't get up out of bed for my a.m. intervals.. After the exhausting weekend if I didn't sleep I would have been hell to be around today. Soooo. I still have weights this evening and I have pretty good energy. My trainer would agree that my weight routines weigh a lot more then my cardio routines so I'm not fretting about missing one. Not only that he still says he doesn't care if I lose any body fat at this point. The goal is still muscle gain, limited fat gain, with hopefully some fat loss.

I have 2 big tests the next couple of weeks so I will be studying and may not be able to put much in here....

This bathroom story really hits home for me! When I was 4 or 5 I locked myself in the bathroom at our lake cottage. It was an older door knob with the sliding lock built into it. If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's because it was THAT OLD! lol Anyway, same deal, had to completely remove the door knob to get me out. I just remember going through all the cabinets and drawers when I was waiting.....potentially dangerous.....but FUN! lol

Well the story goes on that it was in a trailer out on a flight line, with the fighter jets flying over. She thought noone was going to hear her yelling to get her out! So she is the talk of her military unit right now!

I slept like A$$ last night! Needless to say I went to bed at 11, woke up at 2 wide awake for 2 hours, fell back asleep for 2 hours and didn't want to get up this morning. I skipped intervals and came to work because I have school tonight and if I am going to hit weights this evening I had to get to work right then.
So......
Again I think it's from all the studying for one of the big tests next week so I'm trying not to beat myself up to bad. And then I had a dream that I had a horrible highlight job on my hair with black, pink and blone streaks. I was pretty mortified. The wierd part was the guy was like 5'0" and I had to sit in a small sofa chair from the 70's for him to get to my hair and it was in a garge where I was getting my hair highlighted.... The other dream I was arguing with my brother and his wife so both dreams sucked!

I'm thinking because I haven't had enough good sleep my body hasn't been able to recover because I am sore as heck today and I can hardly move around. I feel like a grandma! Hopefully tonights work-out goes well!

Yeah well I would have tried sleeping earlier but someone decided to drop by.... and then kept me up until 11:00. I do best when I go to bed at 9:00, but with studying it actually has been keeping me up till 10:00 or so.
Friday night I already agreed 3 months ago to go to this huge boat party bash thing with my friend, and her friend paid for me to go so I feel like I have to go or else I would stay in and study and sleep. Besides that my brain won't shut off when I do lay down. I would do yoga before bed since that makes me sleepy but hey that would be 3 work-outs in one day... and I don't have the time right now. I think part of it is anxiety because I can't sleep until things are figured out and here I am for the next 2 weeks pre-tests. Two more weeks and school will be all over with!!

Anxiety Stress ... OMG I hate that crap. Those are some interesting dreams ;)

You are in comp prep so maybe this comes with the territory, esp. with your training so intense.

Did you make some changes drastically to your diet/training that I may have missed, any thing you can pinpoint other than the obvious stress?

If the anxiety / stress is the factor you can either change somethings and see how your body reacts, comp prep or not, this can hinder your progress if you aren't letting your muscles & MIND adequate rest, so tell your trainer you are not kidding and wanna change things to see if THAT is the cause.

or

Can you take a valium? Or get a script for something until after tests? If you are like me, supps will NOT help me sleep, I need a 'drug' ... of which sleeps aids (Rxn) I have minimal to NO experience with ... on the other hand Ativan, Xanax, Valium, Klonopin amongst others ... now that's a different story. Masking is not the answer but if you need some help and can't change your routine maybe talk to your doc about writing a script?

I'm definitely going to at least one of Treil's shows. I guess we all just need to start thinking about which one....and if anyone wants to go to both....I can do that too. I'm not that far away.

I woke up about 3 times last night but I was able to fall back asleep pretty fast. It's wierd because as soon as I wake up I have to look at the clock to see what time it is like I'm going to be late for work... even though it really doesn't matter what time I came in today. I could have came in at 1 p.m. and noone would care.
Bunny - I had to laugh when you said see your doctor. I scheduled an appointment to see her in Jan and the earliest I can get in is March 14th. She's a sports medicine doctor also so she doens't work in her office every day of the week and I specifically want to see her and none of her partners so I am waiting. I'm going to have my list of questions for you her when I walk in! I got to thinking and I really wonder if some of this doesn't have to do with me getting off the pill 2 weeks ago. I had migraines the past 3 days and it may be my body going through withdrawls.
Anywho got on the scale this morning and I want to give sesapure a big kiss!
I have dropped 7 pounds since Jan first and I'm still not even on my precontest diet! I ate a lot of junk over the weekend and I missed my two interval sessions and I still dropped another pound and a half over the last week. Actually had two comments yesterday if I was starting to diet down. I think if my trainer doesn't do body fat tomorrow he will do it next friday when I start my strength cycle.
I also would like to give Cardio Breeze a hug because I took one before my evening weights (plyos to be exact) and it definitely was a LOT easier.
I was able to get through more sets without falling short in the middle from fatigue.

The June 24th show is an hour and some change north of my house and that one is basically just to get me used to being on stage and what to expect. It's more like a pre show before my real show which I'm totally dieting down for on July 15th. My trainer isn't going to diet me all the way down for the June 24th show. You're welcome to come but I think you all would have more fun going to the July 15th real show where my friend and I are competing and I will have a bunch more friends there and I'm sure there is going to be a huge party that night. Since the show is in Detroit, I might add that I went and saw my friend compete there last summer and it's not in the best nor prettiest part of town but the theatre is pretty cool.
11 more days until I take my final exam!!!

Good luck on the exam, Trelin! I just went through the experience myself and I know how the anxiety can affect you. I'd always have trouble falling asleep and would wake up super early in the morning (which worked out well for AM cardio). It will ALL be worth it though when you pass and are done!

I'll mark July 15th on my calendar too.

T - I had a dream last night where instead of not being able to throw a forceful punch, I was toe-to-toe with this jackass from my past & gave him a good pounding. After all was said & done I think the issue was squashed but that was the 1st dream I was able to physically hurt someone in a dream (fighting) that I remember.

FEB 10th
No weights yesterday evening because I wans't supposed too....
I did do my slow long distance as usual and studied while I did it.
Then I went home after work and studied for 5 and a half hours straight. Got up and I have been studying on and off for the past few hours when I take breaks here at work. My first test is on monday that's why I'm studying so much.

Today I slept in skipped intervals because right now I'm not doing intervals until Wed the 15th. So I can stay up and study and sleep in and get to work and have enough energy for the p.m. weight work-outs. Which I will be doing with my trainer Quads and calves at 3:00. Then I'm going to study and go to that boat party about 9.

FEB 13th
TEST DAY 1
*crossing fingers*

So Friday was a hard work-out but I don't have my log here to put it in. I'll do that tomorrow. This week starts strength cycle for the next 4 weeks. Reps are 2-6 at 120s rest time, 1s concentric, 2.5s eccentric contractions. Cardio has been adjusted slightly. One interval day has been dropped and a long slow distance added in. I was running low on energy last week, and my trainer said since I'm in strength he definitely doesn't want me running low, and that he will up my calories if he thinks I need too.
So I finally feel like myself coming around. Dropped the BC a little over 2 weeks ago, started eating the hormone free bison and chicken, and my latest addition is DMAE.
I know it's not stress reduction either because duh my first big final is tonight! I added the DMAE in on saturday and I slept hard saturday night, and feel fully rested after last night also. It's a precursor to creating certain hormones and is also for mental clarity and I definitely I feel like I crammed so much info into my brain over the weekend, and I was able to retain most of it. Yesterday I felt awesome today I feel great also. I feel like I can focus, and that I'm fully rested. I think the three factors I changed seem to have brought me back to my old self.
As far as dreams I had two more whacky ones :) I should just start a dream log.

Last night I dreamt I was getting ready to compete and my trainer didn't diet me down, and told me to throw on this ugly one piece dark blue speedo suit with a figure on the butt end of a girl holding the olympic torch. Plus it had no padding in the boob area and I felt sooo stupid. So he told me to get on stage so here I am, not dieted down, no tan, hair not done, no make-up, in this ugly blue speedo suit getting judged. Wierd was I was behind the judges at the same time I was on stage. They had these cool binoculars. They said well the lighting is bad so they look through the binoculars to adjust tones on the body and by the time they got done adjusting these binoculars I looked totally different. My legs even got bigger! I was like I want a pair of those.

The second dream I was on a road trip with my brother and my friend and he asked me which way do I want to go, "do you want to take the Bicep Femoris Long head or short head route?" I said," Well we my as well start with the long head and we can jump on the short head halfway down the linea aspera." So here I am driving and on the green route sign it said 'Biceps Femoris short head 1/2 mile down the road'
WAY to much studying!!!!

Anywho... Weights this evening I'll post up tomorrow. I hope everyone has a good day!

I love strength, especially watching the guys in the gym. There were these 2 guys, and they were staring at this chick who was obviously there to get stared at. She wasn't skinny fat, she was chunky fat and had a push up fat bra on. Well after staring at her, they then looked over and saw me doing my calf raises at 385 pounds and then they started working out harder and she became invisible. It was quite humerous.

Anyway my head is back in the game I am under the 150 mark now on weight, and still that's not the goal to lose body fat right now. My trainer is doing my Body fat this friday so hopefully by then from the last time we did it I'll have lost 8-10 pounds and I hope that is fat and water.

Despite that... I'm ready to kick some butt on my weights tonight!

I caught myself feeling bad for this girl the other day, on the treadmill walking with long hair (looked so faded almost greyish, possibly extensions?), hat on, full makeup, big hoop earrings, and she was tiny ... bony even, not an ounce of fat on her, exposed back tattoo (nothing wrong with that), cute little outfit showing off her thin-ness... reminded me of the old Christina Aguilera circa "Dirty" album, not this new Marilyn look ... Anyway ... Mr. B made a "WTF is that?" Comment and I stopped him before he could go on ... I didn't want him to judge her, but then found I was myself judging her by assuming she had obvious self-image issues & had to stick up for her ... What is with me lately lol ... "So Emotional ... "

I know I don't look at people the same like that. I do feel bad that they 'think' they look good. Funny though because they are in the wrong place exhibiting their 'athletic' prettiness. Don't people realize that if they do go to the gym looking like that, people at the gym are going to be like we know the difference between muscle and fat. If you are in the bar especially with some drinks in the system that's only when they actually look like a piece of meat that guys would want to hunt and gather. Then again I guess those guys exist in the gym also.... Oh well...To each his own.

I guess that goes along with...there's a time and a place for everything. There use to be a member at my old gym...he's probably still there....he was about 75 years old and thought he was pretty "stylin" (I THINK that's where his head was). He would wear t-shirts that were almost TOO tight and nylon shorts - the kind they wear at Hooters. These things were so short I was afraid to LOOK!!! lol

Poor guy.....maybe he was trying to look young, maybe he didn't have the income to buy new clothes, MAYBE he just didn't give a shit...I don't know....which prompts me to understand Bunny's post on sticking up for the girl at her gym, but I guess you just never know, and sometimes you catch yourself passing judgement before you actually REALIZE what you're doing. We're all guilty of it. ....and people do it to us too! Good thing we have eachother on this board!!! lol :lmao:

3) Good job on the rotator cuff work. Are you fixing a previous injury or addressing the instability? What's the issue?

Well I figured I had my interval training didn't need to wake up and over do it ya know..
As far as the rotator cuff I just have noticed it when I lift heavier that my left shoulder locks. I have had some massage work done on it, but no injuries that I am aware of happened to it. My trainer says everyone has some sort of shoulder instability so he automatically puts this circuit into all of our work-outs. Also not knowing when I used to lift in the military I didn't do any posterior delt work, so I think some of this is because they are weaker then my ant. and mid delts. I notice they feel better after I do the reverse pec dec flye machine. They feel like they are in a eccentric pattern and that helps to contract them and stretch the ant. delt out some. I notice the left shoulder weakness on incline db chest press, Hammer shoulder press, and lateral side raises. I am pretty confident my right shoulder can get the 50lbs and maybe 55lbs up on db chest press, it's just that stupid left one locks into place and I don't want to push it and then have my arm jerk backwards and the DB fall out and I tear a muscle or two. So we'll see next week if that girl shows up and spots me. That's all I need is a spotter on that one.

Yeah I had to post up that chick who sat her hairy naked ethnic butt on my open water bottle. Talk about almost killing her and just throwing the new bottle (that could have been washed) in the garbage because I could not bring myself to ever drink out of that thing again.
Or the lady that when I walk in I sit my bag on the bench to put stuff in my locker and she says,"Excuse me can I get in my locker it's right below your's." I'm like you saw I just barely got my locker open but sure princess anything for you let me just go sit in the garbage can why you take your pretty little time getting your stuff. I basically threw my protein shaker at her.

Yeah we have an aerobics instructor (male) that wear's the baseball shorts (whoever invented those needs to be shot) the nylon ones the umps wear with the butt pocket. Well this guy decided to take it one step further and cut them off! O.k. so now he is jumping around an aerobics room kicking his legs up in the air while teaching step and saying "Come on ladies get 'em up there keep movin" (In my best gay voice of course). I can't really do that voice thing... it just doesn't sound right coming from a female.... Since the voice is mannish anyway I sound more guyish then gayish, It's all garish... Blahhh

So yesterday I just did a.m. cardio because that's all I had to do.
Today I skipped a.m. cardio because well... this week is just hectic studying for my final and I'm doing communinty outreach events where I am doing 9.5 hours of massage work straight so I needed some sleep.
Especially this evening I have to work with my trainer doing legs and I figured sleep is more important then trying to get there and doing a half butt job on my weights with him. Especially since it's my first strength day in ths cycle with him... I'm going to be tore up (sore) for the next 3 days.
So nothing real new to report.... Going to be studying all weekend and taking monday off so I won't be on here until tuesday after today.
