• 1 Serving Triscuit Thin Crisps

• 4 oz Grilled Chicken (same as below)
• Med Granny Smith Apple
Meal 5 730 ish ??
• 5 oz Grilled Chicken Breast (same as above)
• Med Baked Potato with 1 serving Reduced Fat Cheddar, dash sea salt & pepper
• 1 Cup Cut Green Beans

You're telling me! Well Ive tried for the last few days to not log my foods et all and I feel my diet has failed miserably...not enough food, too much of one kinda, water intake too low, etc. It's hard with work and school, training soon added to it?? lol Wow is all I have to say... I am running late as is but I feel I needed to get this in.
