Mun I am really not too concerned... I just wanted to put it out there that I didnt succumb to the usual post show blow up. While I do admit my diet NEEDS to tighten it is obvious the conditioning and the supps I use help me greatly keep the bf down.

My training is OFF right now hardcore. I cannot focus, concentrate and can def. feel some major imbalances I am getting 90 min deep tissue tomorrow to alleviate SOME of the stress built up in my neck.

I am suppose to have a shoot every weekend for the next few weeks. I would like to do the Nov 3rd show here in IL.

Those are my current goals since they are all local and wont require much time off work.

For everyone that still reads this - I am sorry I have gotten to any of my messages from the last geez 2-3 weeks. If you need a mod to help you, Sassy or one of the other ladies will be more than happy to help you until things settle down a bit. Glucorell-R – 1 to 2 caps 3 x a day with carbs

* ^^ about 20 minutes worth
* 3-5 min cool down

LF Glute Kickback –

* 90 x 10 each leg X 3

Full Incline Treadmill –

* 10 minutes cool down 3.7 mph

DAILY NOTES

I am going to try to get a daily log up like I used to. You all have inspired to me put for the effort. Thank you. Lets see here, updates for you guys/gals… ALL of my cups for the Bullet are worthless… haha, the plastic pieces that start the blender (all have to lock into place) all chipped off SO that blows… Mission to find the cups or SBT’s Hamilton Beach blender… everywhere I go does NOT have it. Few more places to look. I am going to hit the infamous stairs tomorrow AM, they have been redone, so we’ll see how that goes! I’ll try to take some updated pics soon as I cut back to to sub 10% bf for this show I am going to swing Nov 3rd if all goes well. Im excited, as it’s going to be an awesome day. I am feeling better, maybe b/c it’s Friday woo hoo!!! Everyone have a safe & happy weekend!!
